Chromatography on silica gel (5% CH3CN-DCM increasing to 30% CH3CN +2% MeOH) afforded the title compound as an off white amorphous solid. 1H NMR (600 MHz, CDCl3) delta 8.15 (d, J=1.9 Hz, 1H), 7.82 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.54 (dd, J=8.6, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.49 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 2H), 7.38 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 2H), 7.27 (s, 1H), 6.14 (d, J=4.6 Hz, 1H), 5.01 (s, 1H), 4.33 (s, 2H), 4.07 (s, 3H), 3.95 (s, 3H).
