The DCM phase was dried over anhydrous Na2S04, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure and chromatographed on silica gel using MeOH and DCM (6:94) as eluents to get the desired amide 21 (193 mg, 39 % yield) as a white solid compound. -NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-de): <514.76-14.35 (br s, 1H), 8.80-8.30 (m, 2H), 7.15 (d, J= 8.8 Hz, 2H), 6.85 (d, J= 8.8 Hz, 2H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.48-3.40 (m, 2H), 2.78 (t, J= 7.6 Hz, 2H) ppm.
