Preparation 20: N-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)acetamide. The aqueous brine washing was then re-extracted with dichloromethane (2 x 100 ml) and the organic solution was concentrated in vacuo to afford further title compound, providing a total of yield 65%, 6.25 g. 1HNMR(400MHz, CDCI3) delta: 5.24(s, 2H), 7.22(d, 2H), 7.40(d, 2H), 7.78(s, 2H) 8.05(bs, 1H); LRMS APCI m/z 259 [M+Na]+.
