The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 15 minutes, after which time LCMS indicated desired product formation. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the crude residue was purified by reverse phase chromatography to yield Compound b (0.8 mg) as a TFA salt. MS m/z [M+H]+ calc’d for C25H27CIF3N5O3, 538.18; found 538.
