Related Products of 7411-23-6, New Advances in Chemical Research in 2021. Redox catalysis has been broadly utilized in electrochemical synthesis due to its kinetic advantages over direct electrolysis. 7411-23-6, name is 3,5-Dibromo-1H-1,2,4-triazole, molecular formula is C2HBr2N3, its traditional synthetic route has been very mature, but the traditional synthetic route has various shortcomings, below Introduce a new synthetic route.

To a stirred solution of 3,5-dibromo-1,2,4-triazole,2 (2.8 g, 12.34 mmol) in dichloromethane (40 mL) was added (4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl)boronic acid (2.0 g, 11.1 mmol), copper(II) acetate (4.0 g,22.0 mmol), pyridine (1.75 g, 22.1 mmol) and 4A molecular sieves sequentially. It was stirred for 14 h at 25C during which TLC showed the completion of the reaction. It was filtered through a celite bed and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give crude product 3, which was further purified by column chromatography using silica gel (100-200 mesh) using ethyl acetate: hexane (30:70) as the eluent to afford 3 (2.70 g, 60%) as an off-white solid. m.p. 139.2-140.9C; IR (KBr): 2957, 1724, 1607,1510, 1447, 1391, 1311, 1295, 1266, 1118, 1003, 857,769 cm-1; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): 3.97 (s, 3H),7.69 (d, 2H), 8.21 (d, 2H); 13C NMR (100 MHz,CDCl3): 52.7, 124.38, 129.2, 130.9, 130.9, 131.4,139.3, 141.9, 165.7; MS (EI): m/z Calcd for C10H7Br2N3O2: 361.89.
