Step 1: Preparation of 3-(1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)propanol ; 1,2,3-triazole (2g, 28.96mmol) was dissolved in 1,4-dioxane (40mL), and potassium carbonate (8g, 57.92mmol), potassium iodide (962mg, 5.79mmol) and 3-bromopropanol (3.3mL, 43.43mmol) were added thereto, followed by stirring at 100 for 3 hours. After the reaction was completed, the reactants were cooled to room temperature and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure.
