It was placedina 100 mL three-neckedflaskequipped with a thermometer and a stirring device.The reaction was carried out under constant temperature stirring at 100 C for 16 h, cooled to room temperature, extracted, suction filtered, separated by column chromatography, washed with warm water, recrystallized from anhydrous ethanol, and dried under vacuum at 50 C for 8 h to obtain 1,2,4-triazole benzaldehyde.
