The resulting solution was stirred atroom temperature for 15 minutes; LC/MS showed the mass ofthe desired product. The solvent was removed in vacuo andthe crude residue was dissolved in EtOH (3.0 mL). A solutionoflN LiOH in water (1.6 mL, 1.6 mmol) was added, and themixture was stirred overnight at 40 C. LC/MS showed themass of the desired product. The solvent was removed invacuo and the crude residue was purified by preparativeHPLC to yield the title compound (5 mg) as a TFA salt.
