Then Pd(Ph3P)4 (156 mg, 0.14 mmol) and potassium carbonate (43.5 mg, 0.31 mmol) were added. The resulting mixture was stirred at 90C for 3 h. After the reaction was completed, the mixture was cooled to rt, and poured into water (20 mL). The mixture was stirred vigously, then extracted with ethyl acetate (20 mL*3). The combined organic layers were dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica-gel column chromatography (EtOAc:DCM=1:20, V/V) to give a white solid (45 mg, 54.43%).
