The mixture was concentrated under vacuum to dryness, and the residue purified by silica gel chromatography (petroleum ether/ EtOAc = 1/1 to 0/1) to give tert-butyl 4-({[2-amino-5-(1 -methyl-1 /-/-1 ,2, 3-triazol-4-yl)pyridin-3-yl]oxy}methyl)piperidine-1 -carboxylate (I-60) (503 mg, 97%) as a white solid.
