A mixture of Zn(NO3)2.6H2O (30.0 mg, 0.1 mmol), 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (8.4 mg, 0.1 mmol), H2bdc (8.3 mg, 0.05 mmol) and HNO3 (0.08 mL) in a mixed solvents of DMA (1.5 mL), MeOH(1.5 mL) and H2O (3 mL) was placed in a glass vial (23 mL) and heated at 100 C for 3 days.
