[0009071 To a stirred solution of compound 6 (0.4mL, 1 eq) in dry DMF (3 mL), NaH (0.211 g, 1.5 eq) was added at 0 C and stirred for 15 mm followed by the addition of compoundS (0.380 g, 1.1 eq). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 mm. The progress of the reaction was monitored by TLC. After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was quenched with water and extracted with ethyl acetate (3 X 50 mL). Combined organic extracts were washed with brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and evaporated under reduced pressure. The crude product was purified by column chromatography on silica gel 100-200 mesh using 0-5% EtOAc-hexane to afford the title compound. LCMS (mlz): 205 (M + 1).
