Synthetic Route of 7411-23-6, New Advances in Chemical Research in 2021. Step 1:A solution of triazole A6a (5.0 g, 22.0 mmol, Matrix) in DMF (100 mL) at RT is treated with potassium carbonate (7.6 g, 55.1 mmol) and potassium iodide (365.9 mg, 2.2 mmol) before the addition of benzyl 3-bromopropyl ether A8a (4.3 mL, 24.2 mmol, Aldrich). The resulting mixture is heated to 75C overnight, allowed to cool to RT, and then EtOAc (400 ml) is added. The organic layer is washed with brine, water then again with brine and dried over Mg504. Solvent evaporation affords the crude product that is purified using the CombiFlash (20% EtOAc/hexanes) to afford A8b.
