After consumption of the starting material (by TLC), the reaction mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure and the obtained crude was purified by column chromatography by eluting 4percent MeOH/DCM to afford 8 (210 mg, crude) as yellow thick syrup. This compound was used directly for next step without any purification. LCMS m/z: 543.5 [M++l]
